Tom Cervelloni
regional director of culinary services
Tom has been with Rosewood Village since February 2017. His responsibilities include daily operations, planning, staffing, and quality control for both front and back of the Rosewood dining facility.
Prior to coming to RoseWood, he has held various Chef positions in Aspen, CO. Napa Valley & San Francisco, CA as well as the Keswick Club in Keswick, Virginia. Most recently, he was the Executive Chef at Foods of All Nations. Tom is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, New York, 1989.
He is also involved in the local community, building relationships with a variety of local farmers. He was an active vendor at the city market for 13 years and has been on the Market Advisory Board for the City of Charlottesville.
Tom has also taught culinary classes at the local vocational school and Piedmont Virginia Community College.
